FA EX SH Texture Foil v5

I got inspired to make another one of these after getting a FA Shaymin EX and shiny Chandelure card today.

Another foil sheet with a texture something like that seen on the new FA EX cards and shiny Pokemon. Of course, the foil pattern varies by card. This is just for those of you who want to play around with it, ignoring that fact.

This foil should cover everything but the text, Pokemon, EX symbol, and the inside of the Pokemon EX Rule box (the type and energy symbols are also covered by this). Anything not covered by this foil (aside from the text) should be covered with a refactor foil sheet. There are exceptions, however.
