It's been a while since I've made any textures for Full-Art Pokémon EX.
This texture works best when applied to the background. I don't suggest putting it on the Pokémon itself (at least not the inner part of the texture). Seems to work well at Multiply 70-80% under 2 Dodge 100% layers.
