Joltik-chu~

I had just realized yesterday that I hadn't ever drawn this adorable little Pokemon. It's been a while since I've done any work in Microsoft Publisher, so I figured I'd use it again.

Also, am I the only one that thinks of a kitten when I see Joltik?
