Real-life replicas of the Millennium Necklace and the Millennium Eye. The Millennium Necklace isn't quite a Necklace yet (needs a gold chain). I know these don't looks just like those in the anime and I wasn't trying to make them identical. I think they call it... artistic license? They look a bit worn as well, but who's to say they wouldn't after 5000 years?

I sculpted them with salt dough (which is basically home-made play doh). Rolled the pieces into strips and stuck them together. Glased them with water so they would hold together when dry. Drying takes about 10 hours if it isn't too thick, but that's only if you don't bake them. After that, I used about 3 layers of acrylic paint followed by about 3 layers of metallic gold spraypaint.
