Octillery Paintingby ~Karite-Kita-Neko

Fan Art / Manga & Anime / Digital / Games

It has been a while since I've done fan art, but I recently got the urge to make a digital painting.

I was originally going to make a Meowth card, but after playing around with the background, it started to look more like an ocean scene. Therefore, I decided a water-type would work better.

I wanted to challenge myself, so I looked for a Pokemon that I hadn't drawn before that wasn't "too" simple. After flipping thru a binder of Pokemon cards, I ran across Octillery and decided to use it.

This painting was made on one of my favorite programs, PhotoMax SE. It took about an hour or so, I guess.

Pokemon is (c)2008 Pokemon/Nintendo.
