I decided to start raising a Smeargle on my Pokemon Pearl Version, so I hatched a modest Smeargle (for Special Attack). I've been raising it by giving it PokeRus, Power Lens, and battling Golduck in the Resort Area lake. It's about level 32 right now (I think).

Anyway, since I had been raising a Smeargle, I figured I would draw one. This is my first seriously drawn Smeargle. (Drawn on paper, scanned, and colored digitally.)

Pokemon is (c)2008 Pokemon/Nintendo.
